INTERIM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Executive Director, Maternity Leave Term Contract

Job brief
Join our team! This is not your average office job. Fredericton Bouldering Co-op (FBC) operates a climbing wall near downtown Fredericton. We formed in 2018 as a grassroots organization to grow the local climbing community and introduce our fantastic sport to active Frederictonians. We’ve come a long way since!

In addition to the operational aspects of the job (listed below), the ED forges partnerships with vendors and advertisers, devises marketing strategies within a board committee, executes business development strategies, tracks the financial performance of the gym, works on special projects with our diverse and experienced Board and is a steady hand that helps to resolve complex customer and staff issues.
